updating hotel facilities, decent location for road trips, functional heater
First room's toilet took ages to fill!!! Bathroom door wouldn't close, and the TVs had issues that required manual handling. Overall, they could use better furnishings and a clearer communication about charges!!!

Unfortunately, the hotel was undergoing renovations, which I was not made aware of prior to my stay. Several public areas were cluttered with storage items that detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, my room felt somewhat outdated, and basic amenities like the TV remote had dead batteries.
